Sevilla - Part of our Europe 2005 trip What a fun city this was! It was very hot while we were here, but we did get to see some Flamenco dancers and spent a hot afternoon drinking Sangria at a cafe. The best part were the Brides. There seems to be a tradition of Brides walking through the streets in their wedding gowns, with long trains trailing, receiving congratulations from everyone they meet. Usually accompanied by Groom and photographer and a small entourage. Quite something to see. Very friendly people. While here, we visited the Sevilla Cathedral and saw three baptisms and a wedding.
