Zucchini has been going for a while and have a couple of new recipes, such as the Zucchini Basil Cheddar Muffins - very easy and delicious. We're on the verge of having a 'ton' of plums any day. Haven't decided what to do with them all yet. We had an outrageous number of peaches and they were huge. I finally made a few batches of Peach Habanero Marmalade which turned out very nicely. Our first 2008 bottling went very well. Read about the wine here. Some really good ones this year and we still have lots to drink. Anyone want to help?
